When none of that works, we either get stuck or burn out and we assume that stress is simply the cost of success. But what if there’s a better way?
Erika Coleman is a recovering overachiever, who decided to solve the downsides of overachieving by getting a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Harvard. (Yes, we heard it too. Recovery is a process.) After 20 years of observing how people interact with themselves and others and two degrees to explain what’s going on, Erika believes it’s possible to do your best without drowning in stress.
