Erika Coleman is a recovering overachiever. In her past life, she was the founder and CEO of a 7-figure virtual training company that helped organizations produce webinars that people actually want to attend. After that, she got a master’s in organizational psychology from Harvard and delivered a TEDx talk (video forthcoming) on how to balance stress with success.
